Executive Chef Fernando Echeeverri of Pamplona, Spain, puts out a variety of tapas including dishes such as Gambas San Martin, sizzling shrimp cooked with white wine and lemon in traditional Spanish pottery dishes called cazuelas; Bocadillos Crujientes, crispy mini sandwiches of ham, tetilla cheese and piquillo pappers; and Tuna Mojama, classically Cured Spanish Mojama tuna.

There are abundant plates of charcuteria and quesos, addictive mixed Spanish olives marinated in herbs and spices in addition to special dishes of the day.
